Blackberries...

I just couldn't resist myself.  We went to the park for the evening and what was there but bushes and bushes of blackberries.  Images of jam ran through my head, and cobbler through Corey's.  I couldn't squash anyone's dreams, so we had to have both.  The little container of cobbler was all that was left after we enjoyed ourselves.  Licking my lips as I type this actually!

The final product.  I forgot to take pictures of it once it was cut into.  It was a rainbow cake on the inside, turned out really cute if I do say so myself!

Outside we made an obstacle course of sorts, along with an oobleck station.  Even as an adult I am mesmerized by the stuff!

I couldn't believe how well the pinata held up.  I was nervous to begin with so we did a round with everyone blind folded, but then the blindfolds came off and it still made it a couple rounds.
