Just relaxing

Sorry, not sure why none of these photos are turned. They were before I posted them. Anyways, just relaxing at home. Well, as much as you can with a newborn and a 3 and 5 year old!
So perfect!

Lily's Spring Dance Recital

Dancing, singing, and tumbling. This was so much fun to watch!
Her smile just makes me melt and lights my heart up. Even being just 3 days post-partum.
Pretending to be bashful for the moment. She was totally hamming it up though the whole time.
This one was definitely my favorite!

Getting in our groove

Aubrey is quite enamored with her sister. She even talks baby talk to her! What we are working on is only smothering Hadley with love when she is awake, not sleeping!
Lily getting her exercise!
Lily is doing so amazing with her reading. We are just so proud and amazed by her. This is the first book that she picked out from the library to read on her own.

Going home!

Look at those spread out toes!
Getting ready to break out! Thankfully we only had to stay one day in the hospital. She looks so tiny in her carseat!
Glad to be at home!

Our Hadley's arrival

I was honestly getting very desperate before Hadley arrived. I really contemplated castor oil the day before she was born. Definitely not one of those cute perky pregnant women, especially in the last month of pregnancy!
Labor pains started at 11:30 pm on May 24th. I only waited about a half an hour before I woke Corey up this time. Corey's mom came over towatch the girls and off to the hospital we went. Hadley was born at 3:02 am. It was an all natural delivery again, but to make things even more exciting Corey almost passed out! We blame it on low blood sugar. I have never seen him look that shade of white, with very green undertones.
Weighing in at 7 pounds 10 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. Hmm, then why did I get so big =)
Hadley's first bath. Funny I don't remember her crying at all, but I guess her pictures proof me otherwise.

She was so awake for several hours after her birth. Those first stares into each others eyes are beyond breathtaking. Absolutely no way to describe those emotions, and I've got to experience it three times. How blessed am I!
Precious moments.
The girls meeting their new sister for the first time.
