Summer fun

At a park with a fantastic flat walkway. Lily had so much fun riding her bike, her hair was actually soaked with sweat by the time we got back to the car.
Aubs took her little wagon to pull rather than riding her little car this time. She likes to put random things in it while walking along.

My little fashionista, really riding her bike for the first time. She had been starting to get the hang of it finally inside the house, so made it outside with it. Around our house isn't good for bike rides though for the girls. It's either down hill were they get going to fast, or uphill which isn't much fun for them.
The girls got to spend time with two of their cousins from California. They all had a fantastic time.
I'm laughing at this pic as it was less than a month ago, and we have been back to that park since and Aubs just went running right down the bridge by herself. She is so independent, and adventurous, scares me at times.
I just love these photos, she was having so much fun. This was at the local fair this year.
Lily can be quite protective of her little sis. These hand holds were totally not cued by us, there were just a lot of people around and wanted Aubs to stay by her.

The outfits that Lily comes up with on a daily basis crack me up, but kind of make me cringe at times when we go out and about. By the way, all these pics are from this summer during beautiful weather. I pick my battles and clothing isn't one of them, obviously huh =)

I need to look back, as I know I have many pics of Lily doing the exact same thing. Aubs is a bit obsessed with shoes at the moment, but randomly usually walks around with one off and one on. Really though, both girls kind of seem to have a shoe fetish. Ah, the costly years ahead!
This kind of sums the girls up. Lily holding her dress she wants to wear, while Aubs went and got a hat and put it on backwards herself. This pic doesn't show it but her PJ bottoms were also hiked up to her knees.

How I love summer time. I don't know what we will do when the rain comes back, we have all had to much fun this summer.
